How do I qualify for Livble?

Livble looks at your overall financial health to determine eligibility. That includes:

  • Cash Flow: Your savings and earnings across all accessible sources.
  • Payment History: How consistently payments were made and whether balances remained unpaid.
  • Transaction History: The stability of your accounts, including any major overdrafts or disputes.
  • Debt Management: How well you’re handling any outstanding debts.

Note: your property manager or landlord must enable online payments for your lease in Resident Center for Livble to appear as an option.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Livable will send reminders to help you stay on track. If a payment is missed, late fees may apply, and it could affect your ability to use Livble in the future.
